YAS Care x YOHO Promotion Campaign Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

  1. YAS Care (“YAS Care”) is an insurance coverage underwritten by Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Hong Kong Branch) (“Generali”) and arranged by YAS Digital Limited (“YAS”).
  2. YAS is registered as a licensed insurance agency for the distribution of insurance products in Hong Kong in accordance with the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  3. By signing up for YAS Care (“the Offer”) offered to YOHO customers, the applicant is deemed to have agreed and accepted to abide by the YAS Care x YOHO Promotion Campaign (“the Campaign”) Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Offer is served on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. To be eligible for this Offer, the applicant must meet the following requirements:
    1. The applicant must have purchased the featured products with YAS Care Offer from YOHO ( Details could refer to YOHO website), as well as successfully showed the option of YAS Care Offer on ‘My Order’ page. The Offer registration shall also be done within 7 days of the product purchase.
    2. The application must be accepted by Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Hong Kong Branch).
  6. YOHO Hong Kong Co., Ltd. (“YOHO”) makes no representation as to the YAS Care coverage. YOHO is not an insurance provider nor is it an insurance intermediary for any insurance products or services. Insurance products and their respective benefits are not provided by YOHO, who is merely the provider of this digital shopping platform from which the electronic items to be purchased come with a complimentary insurance coverage provided by YAS.
  7. YAS Digital Ltd. (“YAS”) has the final discretion over the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign. YAS reserves the right to update the list of eligible YOHO products; amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions; or to terminate or suspend the provision of the Offer, concession or other promotional programmes without prior notice.
  8. YAS and/or Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Hong Kong Branch) might use your personal data (including but not limited to title, name, telephone number, email address), the personal data you provide to YOHO Ltd. and the order details you have purchased with YOHO Ltd. YAS and/or Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Hong Kong Branch) will use the personal data for the supply of YAS Care protection and any directly related purposes. Please note that you are required to provide your personal data, other than those items indicated as optional. In the absence of your personal data, we may not be able to provide you with YAS Care protection. Information we collect about you is strictly confidential. YAS and/or Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Hong Kong Branch) will not disclose any personal data provided to any external bodies or organizations unless your consent have been received or we are required to do so by law.
  9. To provide you with YAS Care protection, YAS will collect data related to your purchases made at YOHO within 6 months from your YAS Care registration date. The relevant data will be deleted 1 year from the date of collection.
  10. Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing a gender include every other gender.
  11. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  12. In the event of a dispute, the decision of YAS and/or Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Hong Kong Branch) shall be final.
