How can I collect or review my report?
1. In-person collection:
Reports can be collected in person at the Hong Kong and Macau resident service centers. Collection appointment by phone

by scheduling through customer service on WeChat/WhatsApp.
2. SF Express Report Delivery:
Reports will be sent by mail to the provided address (postage included).
3. Electronic Report:
Reports can be sent via email/WeChat/WhatsApp.
4. Mainland Offline Report Interpretation:
Visit the Hong Kong and Macao Residents Service Center where the scheduled doctor is located for interpretation.
5. Online Report Interpretation:
Schedule a "video consultation" appointment through the "Ruida Internet Hospital" mini-program.
6. Hong Kong Offline Clinic Interpretation
