Yes! GREATER BAY TRAVEL insurance provides worldwide coverage (except for Excluded Countries / Territories). The plan includes 3 coverage benefits with daily premiums of HK$10 up. If you need more travel protection, you can choose FLY travel insurance, which offers 9 coverage benefits such as Travel Delay and Rental Vehicle Excess. FLY is also worldwide coverage with daily premiums starting from HK$67.
Below are the exclusions that travellers frequently ask for. To know more exclusion details, please read the policy provisions.
Personal Items: Cash, Octopus cards, travel tickets, and more
(Example) If you lose your luxury brand wallet during your journey, you can file a claim for the wallet itself, but the cash, Octopus card, and travel tickets inside the wallet will not be covered.
Accidental Medical Expenses: diseases, pre-existing sickness, injuries caused by professional sports events, and more
(Example) You accidentally collided with others at a ski resort and sustained a leg injury. You can file a claim for the accident if you’re a leisure player. But if you compete in a professional skiing event, the accident is not covered.

1. They did not report to local police and get the report within 24 hours after the incident.
2. They had no original purchase receipts for filing a claim.
