Your payout depends on the accident and loss. See BYKE Pro Policy Provisions for details. Each pack includes: 1a. Accidental Medical Coverage — cover up to HK$15,000. Chinese bone-setting or acupuncture treatments are limited to HK$5,000, with a HK$500 deductible per accident. 1b. Extended cover: Bicycle Maintenance Coverage — cover up to HK$10,000. You may claim up to 80% of the total repair cost per accident. (Bicycle maintenance cover can only be claimed together with a successful accidental medical claim for the same accident.) 2. Bicycle Theft Coverage — cover up to HK$10,000. You may claim up to 80% of the total loss per incident. After you submit all documents, we process your claim with the insurer.

This is a summary only — see BYKE Pro Policy Provisions for full details. General exclusions include pre-existing conditions, self-inflicted injury, war, illegal acts, pregnancy, mental disorders, chronic alcohol or drug use, congenital anomalies, accidents when Typhoon Signal No. 8+ or Black Rainstorm Warning is already hoisted, unaccepted routes, professional or income-earning sports, and mountaineering or competition. Bike repair — design defects, wear and tear, tyres/valves/accessories, cosmetic damage, failure to maintain per manufacturer instructions. Bike theft — hired bikes, unlocked or unattended bikes, or theft by your bike handler.
