Trip cancellation: If you contract COVID-19 or are considered as close contact and stay in a compulsory quarantine facility, hospital isolated ward, or a doctor confirms you’re unfit for travel, you’re entitled to Trip cancellation benefit up to HK$40,000.
Smooth entry: Some countries request travelers to get travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage and the COVID-19 coverage needs to reach a certain amount. FLY travel insurance meets the requirements.
Overseas Hospital Cash: Apart from Medical Expenses benefit up to HK$1,500,000, you’ll get a daily Overseas Hospital Cash of HK$500 (up to the max. limit).
Shorten the trip: If you contract COVID-19 and stay in a local compulsory quarantine facility or hospital isolated ward, or a doctor confirms you’re unfit for travel, you’re entitled to Trip Curtailment benefit up to HK$40,000.
Free extension: If you need to stay overseas longer than planned owing to COVID-19, FLY travel insurance can be extended up to 10-day for free.
Quarantine cash: Within 7 days of returning to Hong Kong, if you stay in a compulsory quarantine facility or hospital isolated ward due to COVID-19 contraction on the trip, you’ll get a daily quarantine cash allowance of HK$500 (up to max. HK$5,000).
Follow-up medical treatment: If a doctor diagnoses you need medical follow-ups due to COVID-19 contraction, 90-day necessary medical expenses are covered after you return to Hong Kong.
